New EVENT Cost Requirements

For Live Sound Engineers

All monies due in cash upon request

·        $50.00 per channel add ON’s

·        $75.00 per monitor wedge add on

·        $150.00 per stereo monitor wedge mixes

·        $25.00 per item fee for every non item used on Contract Rider

·        $15.00 per mic stand trade out

·        $65.00 per use of your own microphones

·        $5.00 per sharpie ‘borrowing’

·        $15.00 per use of ‘our’ “duck” tape

·        $10.00 per ‘borrowing’ of my Mag light

·        $150.00 to move inputs/etc. per stage plot

·        $40.00 for any stereo keys/guitar patching

·        $800.00 per fixing your buzzing gear

·        $7.50 per 9 volt battery (we reserve the right to supply new or used)

·        $125.00 per hotel room booked by client

·        $20.00 to play ‘your’ walk in music

·        $35.00 to cue up ‘your’ music

·        $25.00 per mixing request to mix over FOH/Monitor engineer’s shoulder

·        $10.00 per answers to stupid questions, i.e. “How do you know what those knobs do?”, “who’s playin next?”, “Where’s the restroom?”

·        $50.00 per drink served to artist on stage by sound engineers on site

·        $5.00 per minute over charge for time artist is late on load in

·        $75.00 per minute artist loiters on stage after event

·        $100.00 per minute artist plays over his or her set time

·        $25.00 per truck move ($40.00 if requires reverse)

·        $450.00 per foot to move stage you put in wrong place

·        $3000.00 to set up band gear ($4000.00 to transport any band gear)

·        $10,000 per hand that does not show up for load in or out

·        $25,000 per add on artist (i.e. adding the band from the VFW)

·        $1,000.00 per meal per person missed by crew

·        load ins prior to 8am require extra day for load in

·        $100.00 per unlisted encore
