When will my order ship?
Your order is shipped the same day ( if it's in stock ) if we get it by 2PM PST. Otherwise it ships the next business day. We offer ground shipping which normally takes 5-7 days depending on the location. We will send you an e-mail with the shipping details when it ships. If you wish to have your order expressed please contact us.

Canceling your order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can sort this out.

Returning your order.
If you are unhappy with the product you must return the product for a full refund in 30 days or less from the ordering date. Credit will be issued within two business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Please note that your financial institution may take time to post to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution.

Replacing your order
If your product is broken or defective due to shipping or fabrication please contact us so that we can arrange a pick up of the broken item and delivery for a replacement.
